Swollen Battery - Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021) - RZ09-0409


Hello,

The battery of my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Mid 2021 - RZ09-0409) is swollen and I'm looking for a replacement one. I should be out of warranty by now. I've already generated energy and battery reports and I have some photos of the battery, like this one (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xII-mRAq7SLPUwdUKre6vqlMNL8oYVy0/view?usp=drive_link). How can I get a replacement?

Same issue here, where can I buy the original replacement battery?


Hi,

just to let you know that I decided to talk directly to support (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support), went through the steps (click on PC products, enter serial number, click on I want to pay a fee to repair, click on power & battery issues, gather all information, contact support), chatted with an agent and I was able to buy a replacement battery directly from Razer. After getting to the chat, the process was easy.

Replacement battery is US$ 150 + taxes. Hopefully this one will last longer than the first...
