Hi everyone,
I bought these speakers this month and just unboxed them…
however, they don’t work. And it feels like I have tried everything
- They are connected to the power outlet
- they turn on
- a little static sound come out of them (sounds like when nothing is playing)
- connected via usb to computer
And with all of this NOTHING. I have tried updating the firmware: NOTHING
I have tried deleting/uninstalling everything through device manager: NOTHING
They look nice but they simply don’t work… And I have tried to reach support and nothing…
Does someone has a trick or a miracle to spare at this point?
