As I see it, there is an ongoing problem with product registrations. I'm one of those who keeps getting told by your site that I have the wrong serial number. I have tried several combinations as advised but to no avail.

Please refer to this link on how to check your device serial number. If this doesn’t work, PM me and share the photo of your headset serial number and proof of purchase. I need this information to verify the product in our system. Please save the shareable files using any online drive account listed here. All the best!
