Dear Razer Support!
My Razer Nari Ultimate dongle stopped working. I was playing WoW and suddenly the Dongle disconnected so did the headset.
I tried to plug in to different USB ports.
I tired the Dongle Recovery.
I tried using it on different comupter.
I tried using the Dongle Recovery on different computer.
None of them worked.
When I insert the Dongle the windows seems to reckognize but then immidiately it disconnects then connects again then disconnects and nevery reconnects.
Please suggest any other option or send me a replacement dongle.
