Hey, so I bought a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones a while ago, and im trying to setup with my PC at the moment, but im running into issues.
Firstly, when I plug the audio jack (3.5mm) into the front of the PC, Realtek pops up asking to set it up as either a line in, mic in or headphone. Selecting Line in or mic in will (I think) allow the microphone to work as either Microphone (Realtek(R) Audio) or Stereo Mix (realtek(R) Audio), however there is no output sound - The option appears to be there but there is no sound playing from the headphones.
Conversely, selecting headphones allows for output, yet no mic input.
I have scoured through my sound settings, device manager, The Realtek software and even checked 7.1 surround aswell as Synapse (i know its not compatible) and cannot figure out why. At the moment im at the conclusion that my PC does not allow simaltaneous inputs as the audio jack used on the headphone is TRRS, but am I missing something. Please help, only other thing I can think of doing is getting an jack splitter.
