When I connect the mouse wired, the application shows that it is 100% charged. When I unplug it and try to connect with the dongle, the computer does not see the mouse and I cannot establish a connection.I deleted and reinstalled the software, but I still couldn't use it with the dongle.

Have you tried using a different USB port or tested the dongle on multiple PCs? Please PM me the device serial number and share a copy of your receipt through Google Drive so I can verify its warranty and our options for a replacement. All the best!
