Helpppp 😭 i lost my simcard number and i cannot receive an otp or any code to change to a new number or even look up the back up codes cause it's asking for codes that are being sent to my old simcard number. What to do i need to do the transaction within this day 😭 the razer gold is taking so long to respond to this matter 😢

Wow this group is so helpful that until now i got no response from anyone 😅 thanks razer gold this site has been so useless when we have concerns or queries it really didn't help us. Good job, great customer service team that until now no response from you in my email box about this matter.

I know that feeling. Same issue for me. Did try opening a case & all I got was a screenshot of my account.
