ProClick Mini sensor not working and constantly connects and disconnects from the computer

Hello, I hope i am able to find a solution for this. Just yesterday, my Proclick Mini stopped working. It doesnt seem to have the red light to sense the movement of the mouse. It can click and scroll with the middle click but it just cannot move. I had updated the firmware and when i open up SYNAPSE, my mouse is constantly disconnecting and connecting. I had already replaced the batteries. I only had my Razer Pro TYPE Ultra keyboard and Proclick Mini for 2 years! It is too young to be dead.  Any support for this ?

Hi, did you find a solution to this problem? Yesterday, I encountered the same issue as you. My mouse can click and scroll but can not move. I have only begun to use it for two months. I can’t believe it just happened. I had also updated its firmware, but it only helped for one second.
