My Wolverine V2 Chroma is not responding correctly on Xbox. Do you guys still support with Xbox or does Xbox supports 3rd Party controllers? What should I do? Should I buy another one? It’s 2yrs old.

Something like this happens to me. I updated it to the latest firmware and suddenly it started vibrating non-stop. I don't know what to do. Man did you got any help?
