Why does twitch not detect my mic?

I’m having the same problem as well.  I checked and the audio settings were all good but twitch still couldn’t find my mic on the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for Xbox… but my older steel series headset connected and it worked immediately.

Been having the same issue with my razer blackshark v2, it's bad to the point that it doesn't let me stream at all, it's moderately annoying and "moderately" is a understatement

Was anyone able to find a solution to this? I’m currently dealing with this right now. You would think that this would be THE headset for Xbox Twitch streamers to use. But as far as I can tell, this headset literally isn’t compatible with Twitch on Xbox.

Also both their chat and phone customer support lines are down… how convenient.

I as well can not get the microphone to pick up in native twitch streaming. I'll try the bot chat to see if they know anything. If not, guess this will be my last Razor headset. Loved the kraken and just dumped big money into the blackshark pro.

I finally got a hold of someone on their customer service team on the phone. Stumped, they said we should move the conversation to e-mail.

I replied to their e-mail with all of the info needed and they just decided to hit me with “Since we haven’t heard from you in 48 hours, we will assume your issues have been addresses! :) “

They’re just trying to string us along until our return periods expire. Do not let them do it. This headset is junk.

I’ll say it again RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH TWITCH STREAMING FROM XBOX. Do not buy this headset if that is your intention.
