i've been trying to solve my problem for several months now but it doesn't work can you help me?
here is what it puts me in an eer file after trying to install razer synap

I get the exact same thing. Going to bring mouse back to store for refund if I can find a fix today.
Download synapse.. click on it to install.. nothing..
With the price of the mouse being so much you would expect the software to atleast install. I have no problems installing corsair, logitech, even redragon.. 1 click, no problems at all… synapse.. all it does is create that .err file.

Do you ran the installer as administrator? Antivirus or firewall software is not blocking it?
Ok so the package that I downloaded is an executable that should unzip itself. It was not unzipping. It was not windows problems, it was not a firewall. I had to manually unzip the Razer exe, then from the files created, I ran the real installer and had no problems.
So basically its that installer that is the problem, it was not unzipping itself. Maybe windows stopped the directory creation from the original exe..?? IDK, However I do know that I have not had the problem with software from wany other peripheral manufacturer.
