Games crash on Razer Blade 15 Base 2021 irrespective of overheating

I own a Razer Blade 15 Base 2021 since 2021 and have had no issues with temps and performance in the past. But since like 2 months the laptop keeps crashing while like 15 min into the game. No blue screen (some times but few instances) but screen freezes some distortion appears on screen and i have to hold down the power button to turn it off. CPU reaches 90-96 C and GPU 90 C. I have replaced the thermal paste in the past multiple times with no issues. But since the last 2 months ive deep cleaned it, changed the thermal paste, clean re installed windows, updated the drivers and windows updates, tried playing games in colder environments, tried benchmark tools etc nothing seems to work. laptop runs perfect while not playing games. I suspect its not an overheating problem as it still crashes in cooler environments and cpu is supposed to thermal throttle to keep temps down. maybe software or hardware? any help or anyone facing a similar issue please help
