After doing a Windows reset to factory settings, the headset is only detected as a microphone in Wired, BT and Wireless modes, Synapse won’t even detect a headset is connected. Fiddling with it for hours now, Blackshark mouse and Tartarus are both showing up fine. Therefore asking for an advice on what to do… did an audio driver reinstall, buetooth driver reinstall, didn’t help…
Edit: used official pairing utility and updated to latest firmware, both dongle and headset
