I tried to active surround sound 7.1 but is has only 15 digits and when I tried to activate it from online service it says: “Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.” which I’ve gone there and there show that blackshark v2x supports 7.1 surround sound
