Ordered with guest account, no confirmation email

Hello, I ordered with a guest account because I didn’t want to login, and I went to pay for an Enko chair but on checkout I had waited a while; came back to checkout only to be faced with an error afterwards. I was still charged for it and never received an email and cannot find the order on my order history.
