Lost my old phone along with my phone number and can't use my razer gold

Helloo good morning or eve depends on what time you are reading this.. anyw I lost my phone and my phone number. I recenlty got a razer gold through voucher and when i’m about to use it I forgot that it needs code that will be send through phone number, now I can’t use it because I lost my phone number, I already send a ticket on razer support, but is there a faster way to change my phone number? if I won’t be able to change my phone number, can I atleast transfer my razer gold to another account?
