Huntsman elite keys not working and not in sync

i tried factory reset more than 3 times i have an razer huntsmen elite and the enter and left arrow keys are unresponsive and the only think worked is i deleted everything and redownloaded windows but when i redownloaded razer synapse the problem came back even though i logged in from diffrent account to make sure my files dont come from cloud. Some keys are unresponsive and some keys dont sync with chroma please Help.PM2023F07301185 its been a month and no one is offering
