Razer Naga Hex - Red
Upon booting my PC the other day I noticed all my razer profiles and macros were gone. Synapse 2.0 still sees the mouse and would let me add profiles and macros however all my information is gone. I attempt to import from my online account because the whole point of RAZER forcing you to login was to backup your configs to the cloud. When I try to click import from mouse screen just flashes. It’s supposed to give me the option to select the cloud etc from what i understand. Account logged in properly with green light.
I’ve tried so many things to fix including multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. Deleting app cache program files also. Even tried what others recommended which was to repair the installation. I get a weird error that synapse 2.0.msi is not available. I even got a hold of the file and pointed the repair to the proper location. This did not work either. Not sure what else to try at the moment.
It’s almost like razer synapse 2.0 or my mouse stopped communicating with the server. Works fine here though…
Someone please help I can’t even get support because it’s obviously out of warranty.
