Razer Nari Ultimate won't connect and keeps beeping

I had this same issue around 5 months ago but never got any help, problem eventually went away on its own but now its back. My headset will only turn on when plugged in, turning off the second I unplug it. I would just use it while its plugged in but it keeps making the disconnect/reconnect beeping noise every few seconds and will occasionally play static and just turn off by itself. I have left it to charge overnight so it isnt low on power, and I have tried pairing it again using pairing utility and that didn’t work. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have a fix? Thanks.
