Razer Synapse 3 Installer Crashing Instantly without Error Code

same issue, i also tried to install razer synapse 3 by unistalling razer cortex, and by the razer gaming software you can decide if you want to modify, repair or unistall. I cant repair razer synapse since i dont have it anymore, i cant unistall it obviusly, but i can do something with the modify section. As you can see in the image that i posted, you can choose to install razer synapse. So i went ahead and pressed update, the next thing i see for a few seconds is the second image i posted. After the few seconds it tells me this (third posted photo). The error number doesnt says it all, since, by also asking to chat GPT, i find out that it can come from various things, i tried to do all the troubleshooting that chat GPT suggested me to do, but i didnt manage to run the synapse installer. If you press retry, it just does the same thing and brings you to the same screen,  if you press cancel installation, you will end up in the fourth photo i posted, again, if you press retry it literally doesnt to nothing and if you press cancel installation it closes the setup. Hope we will get a reply with a solution :D

This is a log from after using the .exe file located in "C:\ProgramData\Razer\Installer\Logs"

Its saying I’m missing a Local Server Manifest and the RzActionSvc is not installed as well as “Natasha”. Anyone know what this means.

Edit: Update about 1/10 times I can get the installer to show me a page which says unable to connect to server of which I can hit retry or cancel the install and nothing works after that.

i think that the only thing that we can do now is wait for an update and hope that it fixes the issue

i found another discussion that practically talks about the same problem and there was a guy that possibly found a solution, for someone worked for others not, for me, i don’t understand what i have to do, here’s what he says: 

Ok, so here is what worked for me:

• I extracted the Installer.exe that you download with 7Zip into a new folder on my desktop.

• Inside of that folder you will then have another Installer.exe

• Run this .exe and you can install everything per usual

For me it worked perfectly fine, just how the normal installer should. Downloads the Program and then installs it.

Can confirm that this worked. Insane that you cant run it as a package though. This should be looked at asap

but what did you do exactly to make it work, because i have 7zip but i cant download the installer with it. I just have the installer .exe, no folder.
