My razer nari ultimate usb dongle has been constantly disconnecting, and I’m wondering if anyone has an easy fix to it or if i can a replacement. I don’t know how to solder or anything. Please help, as my Nari is out of warranty and the razer support dude told me i would probably need to buy a new headset but i dont have the money for that!

My daughters headset was doing the exact same thing till I repaired it using the razer pairing program took about 2 mins and all was sorted. Failing that you may need to find a new dongle I'm now having a problem with my usb dongle not showing under windows device manager any more.
