The buttons do nothing except make the lighting flicker, when I press the change profiles button all the lights go off for 10 or 15 seconds but then they go back to some kind of wavy rainbow pattern. So far tested on two android devices and two windows PCs. On the pc I can see the driver is from august 3, 2022 and I was wondering if maybe installing an older driver than that might make it work but don’t know if there is a way to do that.

Tartarus Pro recognized by Windows/New Synapse Beta and lights up but totally unresponsive
I seemed to have this problem every now and then with the new Tartarus Pro I just got. Unplugging it and plugging it back in always seems to reset it. Seems to be a problem with the new Synapse not loading profiles correctly.

I’ve tried that many times. also there is no synapse for android it should just work like the left part of a keyboard on android deveices but its totally unresponsive.
