Razer Synapse 2.0 won't open Windows 10

Hello guys I have a big problem. I have a razer blackshard so I need to have synapse 2.0 to have my surround. And when a reset my pc I installed synapse 2.0 and when I want to run it nothing happens just the sync with the cloud and nothing after. I already install and uninstall this software more than 5 times. Made the application compatible with windows 7 and 8, check my driver, but nothings happen. Please help me Thank you

You'd want to try to disable your Firewall and AntiMalware software and make sure you have these installed: - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - 11.0.61030 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.61030 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) - 12.0.30501 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.30501 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) - 14.13.26020 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) - 14.13.26020
