I just bought a new Razer Basilisk v3 today and when I connected it to my pc it would not turn on. I updated my pc, re-installed synapse, checked all my usb ports and it does not turn on.

+1Try other PC - if it’s the same, return and get another unit. Be sure you’re plugging it directly into USB port on the motherboard (USB 3.0 and above).
I have tried in another computer and still nothing. No lights or even trying to install the software.
