Razer Phone 2 Internet Issue


Does anyone else have random loss of mobile internet with the Razer Phone 2 and AT&T? I randomly loose internet but still have good mobile signal. I have to turn the mobile data on and off or sometimes the whole phone.

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue?

Yes, I will randomly lose internet and have to turn the data off, airplane mode on, or restart the phone. I have not been able to figure out an exact cause. I have removed and cleaned my sim card per trouble shooting data issues and it still happens. I have also tried with and without the case one.

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried doing a hard reset? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

I tried a hard reset and I am still having an issue. It's seems to be more of an issue when switching between. It's like it doesn't register the internet when it switched back and forth from wifi to data.

I have gone over a week without an issue now. I'm not sure what has changed but it seems to be fine.

Hello Mr. RedPanda. I have been having the same issue with mine as well. I have had it for few days, but tonight it became way worse. I am using Vodafone UK and I would love appreciate it if you could help me as well
