I have a deathadder v3 wired and while i was playing is suddenly stopped working and i had no cursor. It worked perfectly and the mouse is kinda new, i ve had it for 2 months. i unplugged and plugged it, tried different ports but nothing worked. Razer synapse and firmware don t recongise the mouseee and the dpi light is sometimes flashing and sometimes no

What OS build are you currently using? Try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue occurs. If it does, shoot me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
