Razer Elecetra v2 USB Does not get recognized

While i was playing a game on my pc the headset stopped working. There was no sound anymore so i had to un plug it and plug it back in the pc. After it was plugged back in it did not get recognized by the pc anymore. I have already tried a few fixes like updating the drivers and bios. But this does not seem to work. I hope someone can help me out.

    Hi there! What is it recognized as by the PC? Also, does the same issue happen when connected to another PC?
