Razor Viper V3 Pro, all of a sudden, loses directional data as soon as mouse is slightly lifted in any way

Start off by lifting up the mouse, put it back on table and it wont work for a whole 0.3 - 0.5 seconds.

Now even when lifted an actual millitere, from any side perhaps while the other side still touches the table, the problem can be created often.

I received this mouse a month ago and never noticed such a lagg or feeling of disconnect.
today it suddently happened and it feels really really bad.

I put LOD on high and polling rate on 4k (from med and 1k), and now it seems to happen way less, but is still there.
This is extremely inconvenient when playing FPS games.

Been reading on some reddit articles regarding this problem and some recommend installing an older firmware update program → https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/comments/1cqy77m/viper_v3_pro_sensor_tracking_issue_after_lifting/

and use that one instead. I could not try it as I couldn't find the older firmware.

I had the same problem and I have found the solution.

In razer synapse go to mouse then calibration and then click the “Enable Asymmetric Cut-off”.
