Unable to Authenticate

I'm unable to authenticate. I kept getting an error when sending the code. I tried 2 devices already and even the back up codes would not work because it needs to be authenticated first. Can I get the code through my email instead? I have a timed event in one of my games and needed to top up. I can't top up because of this issue. please fix this asap.
