Razer Kiyo's ring light is flickering and cannot be detected by synapse once you click it, it just disappears. Please help

Razer Kiyo stopped working. It just the ring light just flickers and turns off every minute or two, I cannot see a solution in the forums or so. I have tried almost everything from updating synapse software and so forth. Please help.

    Mine too - in the middle of a teams call.

     

    When I unplug it and plug it back in Synapse sees it for a second, then loses it.
