Tartarus pro does not allow changing macros or key functions

With this latest update now you can't change the macros, it always stays on the first one I put, I can only return to default if I change to macro if it appears that it was changed but when I press the key on the tartarus pro it continues writing the default key. This is a problem according to what I read, it has had it for a long time, months ago. How is it possible that they continue with this problem, if they don't fix it in a few days I will sell my tartarus pro and go to another brand. Bye Razer...
