Urgently: Proper Service Center in Russia (Moscow) for my RB 2019 OLED

Hey everyone. I have my laptop fell on the floor. My screen frame was bent a little, so my touch glass isn't fit into the screen frame anymore. Glass isn't broken and everything is OK except this. I am afraid that with time I can damage my OLED touch screen, so I need somehow to find a proper service center that will help to 1. Get the touch glass with OLED matrix out of the frame, removing it with a protective frame rubber 2. Bend frame back to the normal state 3. Put the matrix with a glass back and glue up the protective rubber, so it will be secured as it was before falling. I ask RAZER support to find a proper service center that will help me do this operation or will replace frame chassis with a new one.
