My Razer blackshark V2 pro (2020) has been disconnecting and reconnecting.

as i stated on the title the headset will disconnect and reconnect randomly and i have no idea  why, since i tried eveything i found on forums and other places, like the power saving settings on usb ports the device detection troubleshooter, using different usb ports,re-installing synapse,using the headset without synapse, yet no matter what i do they keep disconnecting and im like less than half a meter away from the dongle and it still disconects,so i finally gave up and decided to ask here for help since what i have found hasn’t worked,i’d be very grateful to get some help, the headset is nice just that most of the time it ain’t working right.

 

P.S:english isnt my mother tongue, so they may be some errors in the text.

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? You can also update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
