Hi team. I had purchased gold coins to recharge on a game but I’m not able to receive any OTPs from the 2-step authentication. I also tried changing my phone number to check if I did inpu this correctly but it’s also asking me to do a 2-step verification. Is there a way to remove the mobile number for the meantime so I can add it again?
I remember receiving Razer OTPs a while back since I’ve been doing recharges. But now it’s not even working. Would appreciate any assistance for this. Thanks!
