Razer Seiren Elite USB not getting recognized

Hi

My razer seiren elite suddenly stoped working my computer can´t find it. Nothing happens when I plug it in.

I have tried different USB ports, but still nothing it can´t find it. It was working fine and suddenly nothing.

    Have you tried checking for OS updates? If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if it can be detected or not. Feel free to send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and look for other workarounds along the way.
