A few months ago, the right earbud of my Razer Hammerhead wireless earbuds completely stopped working, having not been dropped physically or any physical damage. The left continues to function, as does the case.
I raised this with the Razer Support Team, who provided me with the generic troubleshooting process which I duly followed. This did not resolve the issue, and the right earbud still completely does not work.
I asked what next steps were, and have been sent the exact same response multiple times, which is to contact support if I require further help with this matter, otherwise the case has been closed.
I have done every single troubleshooting step they have suggested, and it still does not work. I am a Razer loyal fan and have been till now, feeling extremely disappointed and quite frankly, fobbed off which is unacceptable.
Seeking advice as to next steps, I am still trying to work towards an acceptable, amicable resolution, which I believe should at least include Razer doing their own assessment/investigation into the unit, and should they not be able to fix it, then a full replacement with a new unit via warranty.
Am I being unreasonable? Does anyone have any other suggestions (re: process, not how to fix unit, I think it has been well-established it is not fixable now).
