I already purchased Kishi v2 pro but changed my mind and purchased Razer Edge.
Soon, I tried to cancel my Kishi order and filled my order number from the email I got and my email.
However, it says that “We don’t seem to recognize the order number and email. Please double check or contact us.”
Can anybody help me with this?
