Okay so I am going to explain this to the best of my ability to see if someone understands or has a fix easier than reinstalling both Synapse Beta and the game in question.
So this is the second time I went to revisit a game and the profile I made had vanished from one device. Now for more info I run the Naga Trinity and Tartarus Pro, so I always create a profile on each for the same game. The game is Saleblazers(doesn’t really matter but I can reference it) and I created a profile on both devices, played the game for some time and went to something else, upon returning the profile on my Naga was gone. Now just a profile missing isn’t a big deal but this is where the real problem is. Any profile I create thereafter cannot be linked with Saleblazers, when in the game selection screen the game shows but instead of a blank box/checkmark I get a dash and an Icon showing that there is already a profile for said game stopping me from linking said game to the device. Now I had this happen once before and fixed it by uninstalling the razer software and the game in question but I am looking for an easier/faster fix as I live in a rural area and my download speeds are trash at best, plus it would be nice to be able to fix without reinstalling everything again.
