Huntsman Elite Keyboard Enter Key Not Working

This problem started about a month ago, When suddenly i couldn't use my enter key anymore. I tried to solve this problem and it kind of worked, But i can only solve it temporarily. When i press f9 one of the lights pops on red. At this moment i can use my enter key. But when i try to use the escape key it stops being red. Please help me it's pretty annoying.

    Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? Does the same issue happen when you connect it to another PC?

    I managed to fix the issue by going into the razer synapse program and deleting all of the shortcuts. I didn't try connecting it to a different PC.
