Hello, In relation to Razer Iskur - Premium Gaming Chair with Integrated Lumbar Support (Desk Chair / Office Chair, Multi-layer Synthetic Leather, Foam Padding, Head Pad.   

I have viewed your website and it states that ‘Chair Frame, mechanisms and armrests Up to 5 years’.  

  

The problem is with the metal frame where the gas lift fit in.  The chair cannot be used and is dangerous and unsafe. Have tried to submit before but no reply. Rubbish support. Files will not load even though only 6KB. Worst support and website imaginable, absolute rubbish.
