Hi all.
My Razer turret keyboard has suddenly stopped working. It does not turn on at all, unless I plug it into a certain power source. It's just a HP Docking with USB C but that's the only thing that can get it to turn on. After 3 hours of charging, it gets to 80% and immediately turns off when unplugged. When I boot back up, it's at 0% and it takes 20 minutes before it gets to 1%.
Has anyone experienced anything like this before? It was literally overnight. I turned off the PC at work on the Monday night, and on the Tuesday morning it was dead.
I am desperate to have this fixed as it is my primary keyboard.
