I got the headset yesterday and I actually really Like it, but it randomly starts to stutter when I play something or watch something on for example YouTube.
I read somewhere that this was/is an Microsoft issue and should have actually been fixed a while ago, but no.
What can I do? I really dont wanna Return it.
I would really appreciate any help!

Have you tried checking for OS updates? You can also try updating your headset’s firmware. If the same issue persists, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps.
