Hi all, help me solve the problem.
Today I bought these two beautiful and lovely things and I can't connect/connect them. Take it any way you want.
The essence of the problem is that my docking station is kind of visible in the computer and the mouse too, but they can not find each other, tried a lot of things, updated the firmware of both devices, nothing helped, find a direct chat with support also did not find, so decided to look here, maybe someone has a solution to the problem?
P.S versions of the mouse and docking station of the latest version, please do not talk about updates, did it twice.

Hi PalmaPeter2,

I understand that you're experiencing connection issues with your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and its docking station. To further isolate the problem, please try troubleshooting to help resolve the problem:

  1. Make sure the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is fully charged. If the mouse's battery is low, it might not connect properly.
  2. Ensure that the mouse is powered on. Check the power switch typically located on the bottom of the mouse.
  3. Ensure the dongle is plugged directly into a USB port on your computer. Avoid using USB hubs, as they can cause connection issues.
  4. Ideally, plug the dongle into a USB port on the motherboard at the back of the computer for better connectivity.
  5. Make sure that there is minimal distance between the mouse and the dongle. If possible, keep them within a couple of feet and remove any obstacles that could interfere with the wireless signal.

If the problem persists, PM me with your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. Thank you!
