I encountered an error while trying to register my product, saying 'This product has already been registered. If you did not register this, please contact Razer Support.' I am awaiting your assistance.

When and where did you purchase the device? Was it brandnew? Please PM me your device serial number so I can verify. Also, It's important to note that products bought from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. If your Razer headset is a replica or counterfeit, it cannot be registered. I recommend visiting this link: https://www.razer.com/store-finder to find authorized Razer product retailers. Stay safe!
