I need help in this cpu problem.

Hi! I hope that you all are doing well.I will get straight to the point. I have a razer blade 15 base 2020 with rtx 2060 and i7-10750h. About two weeks ago I have done service of my laptop,cleaned its fans and also changed thermal paste by Service centre. But from that day my cpu is overheating and its only capped to 3.1 ghz while its base speed is 2.6 ghz and it can reach upto 4.5 ghz easily. I have checked throttlestop and here are the results.

these are the issues occuring now and I am unable to undervolt my cpu too.

I am going to show you the results from the time of freshly installed windows and less heated laptop;

What thermal paste did they used? Are you 100% sure, that “Service Centre” done everything properly?

I’d at least unscrew the bottom and check if all screws for cooling are in place and screwed properly.
