Hi, I recently brought a new rig and when i plug in the dongle it identifies that it is the Razer Man O War headset under audio, but I also get a pop up saying that windows cant recognise the USB. When I turn on my headset, I just get a blinking blue light. I cant seem to find a way to re-pair the dongle with the headset.
Any help would be appreciated.

What OS build are you currently using? Have you tried checking for OS updates? Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different computer? Feel free to send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps.
