My Razer App Wont Fully Connect to My Woverine V3 TE

Hey, just got my new wolverine V3 TE today and so far it feels great. Only issue is that my app wont fully connect it and it just stays at 0% so i cant change the layout or deadzone settings. Does anyone have a good solution or idea? Ive tried restarting xbox and app, unplugging and replugging in the controller, i used my V1 TE and V2 Chroma and they connected just fine. Networks good too, restarted router twice.
