I tried registering my product but i didn’t receive any email with the activation code.
There is a code in the box in which i got my headset and i was to scratch the code but i accidentally scratched too hard on one of the letters and i can't use my code. is there any way for razer to send me a code, please?

I already tried that but it says Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request. even though i already registered it
