Razer Hammerhead TWS X - battery issue

Hi, I just bought a pair of earbuds today (Sep 30, 2024) as I am testing the buds, it seems that there is an issue with the battery. The right earbud only lasts for 9mins even on full charge, then the left earbud lasts for around 12mins to 20mins. I followed the instructions in the box to chrge it for 60 minutes for first time use and have followed the steps that I read here in the threads, i.e. Recalibrating the battery by draining from 0% then charging to 100% and updating the firmware, but it still goes to 0% so fast. I have been testing if for the whole day but there is still no improvement, is there any way that we can replace this with a better pair? Or if not can I switch it with an item of the same value? Thanks!
