Hello,

I bought a razer Basilisk V3 wired just worked 1 day, now I unplug/plug and nothing happen, no lights nothing

Hi there, @calachito!

 

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard or a different USB port. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
